Not really. If you put down a pre-emergent, it's exactly what needs to happen in order for the chemical to work.

If it was a real real heavy rain, say like 1" per hour, then maybe. Depending on what type of fertilizer you used, and how thick your turf is, you should be able to go out tomorrow and see if your pellets are "puddled up" anywhere.

Thanks, I know it need a little rain to get it going but we got like .7" last night.

You should be fine. Most of the product I use calls for at least 1/2" to be completely effective.
