Missing A Piece On My Boat (Repost)

It would be a great help if you guys could tell me what the piece is that I'm missing. Where the circle on the pic is is what I'm missing, instead of the rubber thing, it's just a plain hole.

It is the end of the bilge pump discharge hose .

I'm guessing it's your gas tank vent. There is one on both sides.

I'm guessing it's the bilge pump outlet as well.
