I am going to purchase a Lund predator 1650, with a 60 horse merc. tiller, one soft spot in the floor wondering how difficult it is take that spot out and replace it, any info would be great, thanks.

I had a Lund S-14 that developed a soft spot on the floor. I attempted an easy fix and one spot led to another and I ended up with the whole floor out of the boat. It wasn't a hard project, but was very slow and tedious because every piece of wood and flooring had to be custom cut, drilled and fastened. There was a long boat rehab thread on this forum a month or so ago.

The proper way to fix the spot is to replace the wood floor. It is not a hard job but as explained above tedious and time consuming.

Do a search in past years, you'll find enough information to keep you busy reading for the whole weekend.
