How far are you with your boat I finally uncovered mine and thought you may get a idea,with removing center seat.On each side are rod or storage spaces with lift up full length lids

Actually I havent even started on it yet My plan is to start it this Saturday but tonite I just got informed by "the boss" that I cant buy the rest of my wood this week so that stinks. Thanks for the pic anyway this will give me a better idea. Was this a regular bench seat boat before your transformation.

Goldtip, What kind of pump do you plan on using? Am I missing something in looking at what pump to buy? Figured on free flow to empty to the back. Then pull drain plug. Don't most livewells free drain?

Mounted the trolling motor tonight, and figured out where to install my livewell. I'll maybe snap a few pictures tommorow if I remember.
