I am waiting for a call from dual pro. but I am quite sure there is a procedure for resetting their chargers , which loose the ability to tell what stage of the charging cycle there in.

I am currently getting a flash code of 5 red l.e.d's then 3 then 2 and then 1 green l.e.d and then the process starts all over I had an issue with this a couple years back but forgot what to do! thanx in advance
