05 F150 Fuse Box???

Ok maybe i am blind but i cant find it....book says to the right under instrument cluster...Does anyone know where it is?? I have the center console/shift Fx4.

Right hand kick panel, (just forward of passenger door).

Isn't that in a poor location? I just cringe evertime I think I need to get into mine.

I guess I'm spoiled by the GM trucks I've always had. There is no good way to even see the fuses in that ford fuse box, beside standing on your head, or taking out the front seat and laying down.
