Does light help or hurt fishing at night? I think crappies are attracted to a soft indirect light vs. a beam of light. I'm not sure about other fish like walleyes though. I'm always horseing around with the light to see if it makes a differance. Hanging it from the ceiling, setting it on the floor, or blocking it from going down my hole. If I never find the right answer that'll be fine too, it gives me something to occupy my brain and time with when things get slow.
