Trying to find the owner of a

[found hwy 71]

I'm trying to find the owner of a large bag that I found on the road on Hwy 71 between Milford Iowa and Spencer Iowa Feb. 2nd. There was very little to go on as to who this bag and it's contents belong to but it is clear he is a fisherman and probably was not a very happy one Feb. 2nd when he realized he lost this bag. If you lost this bag, email me with details on the bag and what the bag contains (so the rightful owner gets them back) to claim your belongings. If you know of someone who lost a bag, please let them know my email address. I've put ads in area papers, online, and over local area radio stations and have not heard from anyone so he may be long gone, but I want to try this angle to find him before I get rid of these items as I do not need them.
