90 Horse E-TEC in a tiller????

Does evinrude make a tiller in the E TEC? Interested in buying a new fishing boat and have heard good things about the E TEC, but Am unwilling to get anything a non tiller. Thanks for some input.

For what it is worth, I have been around E-Tec motors, and they are what the dealers claim. Quiet and torquey (sic?).

I run a 90hp Optimax on my tiller boat. I would not trade it for anything. I really think 2-stroke fuel injected motors like the Optimax and E-tec are the way to go.

Do you know how E-Tec's perform as tillers? Do they troll down enough? That large lower-unit and prop scare me that it will push too much water and not troll slow enough. Thoughts?
