west metro lakes

hey everyone,

Im planning on taking a few of my cousins out on saturday afternoon for some slabs or sunny. Where should a guy go knowing that hes going to get a few here and there.

Not looking for any spots, just checking on lakes that might be better then others.

B-N-S, if you want to get into some crappies, Buffalo lake has a ton of them. Ther aren't of much size but ther sure are fun to catch.

Yes. I'd say wait till something changes. Last night they were as tight lipped as I've ever seen. Wouldn't touch a minnow under a bobber no matter what. Forget about jigging.

I can speak for the south metro. Smaller lakes. Fish lake in Eagan. My buddy got a 16 incher out there tonight! Also, for daytime action that is CONSTANT but with smaller size, shultz lake also in eagan. very small lakes, but not much pressure. Just throwing it out there.
