Two or three weeks ago i posted a message regarding my noisey fl-8.Just about everyone suggested a new brush kit from vex.I would like to thank everyone who suggested it.I contacted vex the next day and had them send me one, and had a buddy install it last night.WOW!!What a difference it has made.NO more noise,the color seems to be brighter and i have no screen"jitter".Again thanks every one,and thanks to a great company(Vexilar)i'm back in the game.Ice Slabs

The kit costs $14.95 and comes with very detailed instructions on how to put them in.It took us about 45 mins and it was all done.Contact vexilar and they will send a copy of the instructions to your e-mail to see if it is a project that you think you can tackle on your own.Great people to deal with.Thanks Ice Slabs

My unit actually say Sitex on it.I bought it about 13/14 years ago.Probably one of the best pieces of fishing equipment that i have ever bought(next to my fish trap)Ice Slabs
