Receiver hitch carrier platform

Hey guys, I,know someone could use this, I never did. I have one of those carrier platforms that slid into your 2" receiver hitch. It's about 2 ft wide and 5 ft long. 5 or 6 years old and never been used. I got it from my brother when he moved and thought I would use it and never did.
