I have a 04 pilot w/64K easy non towing miles. The car started making a clicking sound. I checked the CV joints(because that's close to the sound it makes - a bad CV joint), and they were fine. I brought it in to the local Honda Dealer and was there with the tech and we determined it is in the transmission. It's in all gears and increases/decreases with the tire rotation. They said replace the transmission. They can only remember changing one trans. on a high milege Pilot a while back(150K). I'm going to ask Honda to "help" out, but wanted to know if there are any experts out there with any suggestions or advice.
Chamois passed away this weekend a couple days short of her 13th bday.
What a great dog to hang out with here at home and on distant adventures.
Gonna miss ya big time my little big girl.
