Mille lacs rentals

Planning a weekend trip to Mille Lacs this winter and renting a sleeper. We have 9 people and would like to all be in one house instead of getting two. Has anybody ever rented a sleeper with this many people and where did you rent it from and how was it? I have had many suggestions but most of them we would have to rent two houses. Any ideas please share. Don't bash anybody just let me know if you had a good experience anywhere and it doesn't have to be just good fishing. Thank you very much.

last year we had 9 guys in a house out of Izaytes, on the south end. (12 holes, 9 bunks)The shack was very very nice. If you have a generator you'll have all the amenities of home! (no cooker in the shack though). You will have to go in january some time, the shack is very heavy, need at least 16 inches to bring it out they said. The fishing was o.k., a couple walleyes over 26", the perch fishing was excellent.

Twin Pines in Garrison also advertises ice houses for up to 14 people. Haven't been there though so......I am also looking to book a trip in mid-January. Just for two, though. Good luck. Hope you find what you're looking for.
