witter, I like the spot of color on the B&W field of the water. Nice look.

For some reason my eyes are drawn to the shadows on the right side of the picture, I'm assuming that's not your intention. Maybe zoom it in on the leaf a bit more?

yes leaf is main intrest but i think it works with the shadows.. the shadow frames it some and it has a triangle shape with the point at the leaf.
