I don't know how long these things have been on the market but they look pretty cool. Basically its like running a wheel kite. They just hang in the air. It's dependent upon having winds between 10-30 mph. The idea is that they look like waterfowl about to land

If the price of a spinning wing decoy was too much for you, you might like these babies instead. Looks like about $30 bucks a crack, and if it doesn't work, you can let your kid fly a kite.
