Anyone do any good near Hutchinson (Geese)?

Hunted near glencoe in a field last sat. I saw very few birds and managed only one. Hunted over water near Hutch and got the same results on Sun. Saw more birds and got more shooting on a wildlife management area on Monday than I did on Sat and Sun hunting private lands. Curiuos if anyone had any luck near Hutch? It sure seemed like there were less birds around than previous years.

We hunted between Hutch and Dassel and saw very few birds also. We managed 2 on opening morning and nothing on Sun.

Birds seemed very decoy shy and the numbers just arent there like previous years.

Lip'em, I grew up in Litchfield and we would chase part of the Hutch flock when some of them would trickle over to Ripley and East Lake Ripley. If you are not even seeing birds than you might want to drive over and take a peek. good luck
