can I get some information on useing a camera flash on glow angel eyes ?? Is this a must? I'm confussed :eek

A few years ago I went to a camera shop and bought a flash unit to charge my glow jigs. Think it cost about 15 bucks or somthing like that. Worked good but was a little bulky. I just use one of those little blue light thingamabobs they sell these days for charging glow jigs. There are a few different ones out there and go for around 10 bones.
