Where should I go??

I'm looking for the best shore fishing spot in the Anoka-Chisago-Northern Washington county area to catch my first catfish. It doesn't really matter how big they are, I'm just looking for a high percentage spot to catch a few.

Any hints on what baits to use would be awsome too!

I am not familiar with that stretch of the river, but as far as bait goes, either cut sucker or chicken liver will probably give you the most action.
