Fishing Last Night

Tagged along with a friend last night to fish the Minnesota because he was in the Belle Plain catfishing contest. We were fishing from shore around the Belle Plain area. We fished all night day and ended up with a 6 lb channel, 2 or 3lb flathead, 9.2lb carp, and 2 14.6 Channels (what are the odds of that). My buddy won the "largest channel" section of the contest. The winning flathead topped out at 51.9lbs. Mother nature threw us the old curveball, but that couldn't stop us from having a good night!
