Morson - Obabikon Bay Camp?

This is footdoc from Indiana. It has been 3 years since I have been to the Canadian side of LOTW as I have had many home projects and lots of office work. I also moved to a local lake and spend a lot of time fishing in the back yard. Is the Obabikon Bay Camp still alive and well? Is Steve still the owner? Just curious as the kids and I spent many good times there over the years and it was a short run either over to Miles bay or up to the elbow in the obabikon. Thanks for the info

I heard the owner prior to Steve took it back.

It is my understanding that Steve's wife pass away from a heart attack early this year and I did hear that the the prior owner got the resort back.

Hey guys, this is Jared the new owner of Obabikon. My dad ran the resort prior to Steve. My dad (Bill) owned it for 27 years, I was raised on the island, and now we're taking it back.
