Bowfishing question

I was wondering if a person could go and shoot carp in a creek that is in the city limits? If you didn't trespass or anything like that would it be okay?

Depends on the city ordinances. I would call someone at city hall. If it's not against city ordinace to shoot a bow within city limits, then you're good to go.

If you're wondering about Sartell, I wouldn't hold my breath, but it is sure worth a call!
