GPS units

Hey all-
I was looking into buying a GPS unit in the near future, and was wondering your opinions which is the best model to go with for the money. I was thinking of the ETREX series right now, but am open to suggestions also. I will be using it mainly for marking fishing/hunting spots, routes, and for camping/hiking.
