Just wanted to post about a good customer service experience. I got a LX-5 in January, used it and worked fine at seeing fish, etc. But it was noisier than I expected. I called Marcum tech support in Feb and they said I could send it in and they would fix it, or I could wait until ice season was over and then send it in. I waited until I remembered earlier this week. I sent it in on Tuesday (Fedex ground, about $6). It came back to me this morning, Friday. WOW! Holy fast turnaround!

Jon said the brushes were pretty bad, and he replaced them and all else was looking good. I have not tried it yet, but he said I will be much happier. Not sure why it wasn't perfect out of the box, but they sure handled me and the repair great!

Thanks to Jon, and Marcum customer support. That's what keeps customers happy and loyal. A good experience. Now I can't wait for ice wink.gif
