Jeff Dosch
Walleye fishng continues to be excellent on Devils Lake. If you have followed any of the trounaments you could see by some of the weights that have been coming in. Some people are still cranking the shallow shore lines but in some areas the weeds are making this a bit tough. Most people have changed to slip bobbers or jigging in the trees, or trolling cranks or lindy rigs. It really doesnt matter what boat ramp you go to you will see the fish cleaning stations filled with people wating to clean ther catch. Shore fishermen are having just as much luck but the best time is from 8:00-10:30. A lot of 14-17 inch walleyes mixed in with a ton of white bass.
