Lake St. Croix Spots

Hey guys Im looking for a new place to cast and thought I would give Lake St. Croix a chance. Can anyone point me to a good general location. Im not asking for any honey hole just a general location that I can get a good chance at a fish over 40. Pike or Musky. I was out there last fall and covered a good chunk of water. I was a little over whelmed with the amount of water and need some focus.

I used to fish the Croix alot for Muskie, got a place on Girl Lake so I never go any more. So....here is my honey hole and many others also. Go to the Afton Marina and you will see alittle bay just north of it with trees sticking out of the water. Early summer is fantastic action,during low water levels it is not good.Give it a try and let us know. Top water and Suicks was my favorites for that area, never caught a 50" there, but plenty of 40 inchers.
