Does any body use the crow hassan or lake sarah off leash park for dog training I heard you can use live birds and a blank pistol is this ture? can any one suggest some where that woud be friendly to live bird training near the north or west metro? Thanks RR

If you buy a pass ($20 for the year), one can drive just north of Milaca and use 4 Brooks. There is A LOT of land there to train on.

I've been walking my dog there for years. You can release birds there and shoot them with blanks only. You need a permit, to get one follow this link (or type in address bar):

Thanks guys I went to check out crow hassan on sunday saw some familys walking there dogs and a soccer mom jogging with her wiener dogs. I didnt think it would go over to well if started running a round with a training pistol and playing fetch with live birds. Ill have to try it on a week day.
