If you want them to hunt waterfowl and work in the water in the fall then you want to look at a pair of insulated neoprene waders. Lots of good brands out there for insulated you should be able to get into a set for $99~$150. Cabela's has some good ones rockies are also really good. I think we have three or four pairs of them around the cabin-hippers, some waist high and two chest waders in the lightweight breathable materal. Great waders at a reasonable price.
