Courthouse Flyfishing

Has anyone had any luck fishing courthouse with a fly rod. I used to fish the St. Peter Trout Ponds with weight forward sink tip, stripping nymphs. Dry flys? What part of the lake?

I usually see people wade out the the main lake by the intersection between the two, on both sides. I've seen guys with fly rods catching trout.

Were they hitting dry flys? or were they stripping nymphs? I have yet to see a hatch on the lake. I'be turned over a few stones and found dragon fly nymphs, but have not had luck yet.
