Roof vent replacement

I have an older 80's 28' Holiday Imperial 5000 and it has the roof vents that have fans in them already. Does anyone know where I can get the replacement unit or maybe just the top plastic cover? Due to it's age one of the plastic covers has cracked and is now leaking?

If all you need is the cover, I noticed that Fleet Farm has them. Camping World has a large selection too.
