I was pretty happy when the wolves drafted Brandon Roy, then equally disappointed when they traded him away. Wouldn't they have just taken Foye if that was the guy they wanted? Cash and future considerations don't go far in this league. On a team with as many point guards as the wolves have, and coming off signing Mike James...I guess they really wanted their young PG.

I'm not giving up on Foye by any means, and maybe he would have done the same in Portland with all those minutes, but how neat would it have been to have a R.O.Y. in MN?
