Chamois passed away this weekend a couple days short of her 13th bday. What a great dog to hang out with here at home and on distant adventures. Gonna miss ya big time my little big girl. -

Has anybody every used a Lowrance GlobalMap 4800 or 4900 GPS? I believe the models are 4800M (5" 480x480 pixels) and 4900M (7" 480x640 pixels). These are monochrome units and I know color would be better (more other GPS is color), but I am just thinking of adding an additional unit to my boat (one on the console and one at the bow). Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks.
