BANDERSO Posted April 19, 2007 Share Posted April 19, 2007 I wiped the dust off the kayak after two years of sitting and took a nice hour stroll down the turtle river. It was great to get out on the water again! Perfect temp., calm, and not a breeze out. Looks like the northerns, walleye, and suckers were all up river quite a ways. Came across quite a few pair of ducks, some geese, a couple eagles and a lone porcupine just a knawing away at a birch. Needless to say I really felt in my element and will not wait another two years to take out my "yak" again. Get paddling everybody!!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
