NE public land ?

just courious if anybody knows if theres much public hunting land for waterfowl in the Fremont area? I have family down there but none of them are to big into hunting ducks, just courious if theres any public access or is it hard to find? any info would be great thanks

There is not a ton in the Fremont area (inlaws live there) I would get on the Gamd and Parks HSOforum and it should show you all of the public hunting in that area.YOu may also want to Pcik up a Gazzeteer as well(Scheels) If you go down Hiway 77 by Ceresco(about 20 minute from Fremont) there is a couple of WPA's by there. There is alos a public spot on the river by Schluyer (30 miles away west) Otherwise you have a lot of private land and clubs around. Best Public hunting is the Rainwater basin which is about 2 hours south of fremont. I do a lot of duck hunting so pm me with any other questions.
