Treble Hooks are they legal????

I am just wondering if using a treble hook with a spinner and a minnow is legal, then ice fishing and or summer fishing. And do a lot of people use them when fishing? What are the fines if caught? Thank you for the advice.

I like to use them under tip ups.But make sure you have that spinner,then it is considered a lure.Not sure what the fine is but I have had the wardens give me a warning!

I've just put a bead on above the hook, and a CO told me that makes it a "lure". As much as I love this state, there are some things I'll never understand!

So all you need is either a spinner and/or a bead to make is a legal tool for fishing. Thank you for your help.
