My wife just showed me the following info which appears in the Jan/Feb 2002 Health magazine.

further proof that bass fishermen/women are missing out.Right? Okay that was maybe a cheap shot,I'm sorry. I first assumed that even if you tried to eat your catch you would be able to keep it down long enough to digest it. C'mon-lighten up and enjoy a healthy meal of fish-It's good for you!!-TROY
