My dad has the above motor. He is having a hard time slowing down the idle. He said he adjusted the outer idle control, but it still idles too fast. His manual says that in order to slow it down further you should take it to an authorized dealer. I figured somebody here would be able to explain the best way to do this without having to bring it to a dealer. They'll charge him $100 for minutes worth of work, I'm sure. The model of his motor is J10SRO. Thanks in advance for any advice.
We went to the flats too. I dipped a tire on the rental car onto it just to say I’ve been there,but it was still pretty soft from winter melt. After seeing some moron in a BMW suv get dragged out of the muck I had no intention of repeating his stupidity.
