UGUIDE
Here's another source for the Ski Carp Chasers (SD term)Looks like almost daily updates are postedhttp://www.sdgfp.info/wildlife/hunti...gmigration.htmPosted 3/8/07:Between 150-200 geese reported between Chamberlain and Pukwana.Posted 3/7/07:A large population of snow geese has been reported at Squaw Creek National Wildlife Refuge in northwest Missouri...a short flight from South Dakota if weather conditions are favorable.Posted 3/5/07:Yankton area - Noticed a large push of whitefronts, cacklers and mallards and two small groups of snow geese showed up around Lake Yankton this morning.(I know recently that Lake Andes Refuge is holding way more water than last year and with new snow and additional runoff it should be a major stopping point for the big packs. Good luck guys!!
