idaho sturgeon

Hello,

I'm going out to Idaho this summer around end july early august. I have heard about the sturgeon fishing in hells canyon out there and was wondering if anyone has heard anything about this or knows of any good guides out there. thanks

Sorry, I don't but would be interested to hear what you find out. have you done much web research yet, or are you starting here?

I don't know much. I saw Larry Dahlberg fish there on TV once and he caught several fish. 9 footers are not uncommon there and peak season is between may and august. I'm just not sure about the guides. I have gone on trips before and hired a guide based on a web page and he wasn't the best guide.
