Cats In Wright Co.?

Anyone Know Any good spots for cats in Wright Co. or near it? I am just starting out to fish for cats and wanna know what to use for bait i know cut bait is good but is there any others?? I Have Caught A Couple Of Small-Med Sized Cats On Buffalo Lake but What Rivers And Lakes Have Lots Of Cats And Where Do I Get Them?? Also does anyone fish Buffalo lake?? any info on where the fish are is good too
