where do cats go in the winter

just wondering where do the cats go in the winter deep holes or do they stay shallow. and would it be hard to catch cats on the minnesota river in the mankato area. thanks for the help.

Well if your looking for cats near you there.. You will have to look for a deep hole.. if you can find one. That is one shallow area there.. I know that from trying my luck with a 17' Alumacraft and a 115 hp honda.. now that was a real adventure.. spent most of the time on sand bars.. I will be back again this time with a River Pro.. No worries...
