WINCHESTER GUN VALUE

I have a model 70 XTR sporter in a .300 Weatherby Mag. A couple of buddies are interested in buying this gun. It is in very good shape. Can anyone give me some info on the value of the gun, Thank you

When I am trying to figure out a fair market value I go to a site called gunbroker. It is kind of like an hsolist. If you type that into google you will find the site and that should give you a starting point.
