Planning being next to water by dawn, fishing for cats. Anyone who wants is more than welcome. Not sure where yet, I'm open to almost anywhere within an hour of MPLS. Here are some likely spots The crow either at Watertown or Rogers, the Minnesota south of Chaska, or the Mississippi either north Elk river area or south Hastings area. Your input will determind the spot.

Went out early morning to the Crow at Watertown. The river was at flood stages and rolling strong. I took a 4oz bell on a three way to hold. Missed tons of bites, lost a few rigs, had one fish snap my buddy's rig which is 30lb spiderwire and had one fish straighten my 1/0 Eagle Claw Widegap. Did manage to catch 6 kittys, biggest being 8lbs and smallest being 2lbs and one 15lbs carp.
