G3 Tri-tronics

Anybody out there bought a new 3rd Generation tri-tronics unit this fall? If you did, was it your first one, were you replacing a previous unit, if so which brand. Finally, how is it performing for you? Am looking to replace my Flyway special, dog slipped the collar a couple of trips ago in the cattails.

i got a new G3 this fall and it has been working great for me. i have no complants at all. it seems to have a longer battery life. which i like. it's also smaller which is really nice. if i were you i would get one. you won't have any disappointments from it.
