I saw the litter being advertised on the working retriever HSOforum. I didn't know that Greg got a first or 2nd with her in the Q.

Do you have any idea what he is looking for per puppy?

Just looking for ideas. I am going to breed my female as soon as she comes in to Ford.

I believe the blacks are $850 and the yellows are (were) $1200. He got a second with her at the Blackhawk trial. She's going south again and will hopefully run the open this year.

My girl probably won't make it as a trial candidate. I'm still sending her south, if nothing else she will be a polished gun dog.

LABS: Are those pups on the ground already?

Has he sold any of the females for that price?

Ours is going to be bred to Ford, a 200+ AA point dog from Mississippi. Dr. Rice will do the AI.

Please let me know on whether or not he is getting that price on the females. I certainly would appreciate it.

most are already at their new homes. I believe he has 2 males left and I think they may end up keeping the one that doesn't sell. I think males and females were the same price. Haven't talked to Dave for a while so I could be wrong. I think it was based more on color than sex for the price... only 3 yellows and 6 blacks.
