[Gator Slayer]

Anyone have a experience with this line of boats. In particular I am looking at "moving up" from a 14ft lund s14 (narrow-shallow). I'm looking for better stability and a little more freeboard in the rear. my motor (4 stroke) and I leave only a few inches of draft in the rear. I'd appreciate any info.

A friend of mine has one. I've hunted next to him, but I have not been inside the boat myself. He likes the boat, and has a Beavertail Blind with it.

If you want to hunt more than 2 people you really need to max out the hp, which is 25hp. It is a heavy, good sized boat. Seemed very stable that will handle some rougher water with ease. He tried out a couple 15hp motors ( 2-stroke and 4-stroke) and it struggled.
