Is it OK to eat Channel cats out of the Minnesota River? I read in Outdoor News that Channels are good for eating. Is the River clean enough to have a meal or two of catfish?

I would rather not grow a 3rd arm just for a good fish meal. Unless that means I can use a 2nd line!

rpaulson7 You know I've been eating fish out of the minnesota river for a good many years now. and even thou I glow a little and it is easier to scratch my back now that I have a third arm. I still feel just fine. lol
