DRH1175
Okay I am not going to try and start this whole politcal debate. But I find it interesting this whole GOP is for Hunting and DFL are against. Okay Rod Grams has proposed this new bill he wants to work on if he beats out Jim Oberstar. He wants to cut all restriction on Developments that involve Wetlands. Stating that All wetlands in the path of Devolopment can be destoyed without rules or regualations. And I Have to ask how will this improve Duckhunting? Honestly I think people have to wake up and look at more than just the NRA to establish pro or against hunting canidates. I did read this last night in the Outdoor news and the editor of this article seems to be as sick as I am. I havn't figured how this will make Duck hunting better in the state? Maybe someone can help me out here?
doser
I didn't hear anything on that, but I do know this time around I'm researching the canidates more than what I did in the past in terms of outdoor issues and how they voted for dedicated funding, etc. I don't care if they are Rep. Dem. or Indep. this time. I mostly vote Rep. , but I'm getting tired of the some boloney. We all need to research this time around.
DRH1175
I am sick of them just saying this or that. For govenor we have two canidates that both support hunting and fishing strongly. Yet People say Hatch is againt all hunting simply because he is DEM. I am more worried about Schools, Healthcare, Roads, Transportation, the well being of our state. Cutting funds to these isn't always the answer when it is apparrent we are Falling behind the Norm for a High Quaility MN. I ask all others to Join and actually look at the issues all the issues and decide on that when casting a vote!
