Pickled Eggs

I founf this recipe on the internet and I have made em now and they are going to be terrific after theyre ready.
3/4 cup water
3 cups vinegar(I used white distilled)
2 tsp. sugar
3 tsp. pickling salt
1 sliced onion
10 hard boiled eggs

Put onions & eggs in a 1 qt. jar. Boil the rest of the ingredients together. Pour mixture over eggs & onions in the jar and let sit for at leats 24 hours. I tried one at bout 30 hours and I think ill let em go 72 hours but the one I had was great.
