Tried something new.....

Were calling them Goose Balls.....

Goose breast chunks rapped in Bacon and marinated in Italian dressing....cooked on the Barbi of course.

They were Incredible.....

I'd have called them "Lac Qui Parle" oysters".

We are heading out on our annual father/son ND duck trip tomorrow. My dad and buddy say duck balls and goose balls about 133-142 times in the four days we are out there. They get strangest looks when they tell all the locals that we love to eat goose balls My buddy and I get a lot of good laughs out of it every year.
